This website introduces OVERTAKE Media, its services and ways to get in touch. Use it lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass its security, submit spam or impersonate someone else.
Provide accurate information that you are entitled to share. Do not submit confidential information about another person without appropriate permission.
Services, scope and pricing
Prices shown on the website are starting prices in Canadian dollars, before applicable taxes. Final price, production mix, deliverables, schedule and any third-party costs depend on the agreed scope.
Full Partnership and Content Only are different service scopes. What is included is determined by the selected offer and written agreement. A website quantity or example is not a promise of identical work for every business.
An inquiry or intro-call booking does not purchase services or create an obligation to start paid work. Any paid engagement is governed by a separate agreement covering scope, payment, changes, approvals and cancellation. That agreement governs the work if it differs from general website information.
Content and expectations
Do not copy or use OVERTAKE branding, site design, images or other content beyond what applicable law or the relevant rights holder permits. Third-party material remains subject to its own rights. Ownership and usage rights for commissioned work are agreed separately.
Some website media is illustrative or temporary. It should not be treated as evidence of a client relationship or a completed OVERTAKE project unless clearly identified as such.
Recommendations depend on the business and agreed objectives. We do not guarantee particular rankings, views, leads, sales or revenue. Website information can change; confirm the current scope and price with us before relying on it.
Booking and connected services
The OVERTAKE booking system arranges introductory calls using our business calendar and Google Meet. Check the timezone and appointment details before confirming. Use your private call link to cancel or reschedule before the call begins. A newly selected time must meet the notice requirement shown in the calendar.
If you use an older or fallback Cal.com booking link, its booking terms and management links apply to that appointment.
These providers have their own terms and privacy practices. External links and embedded services can change or become unavailable. If a form or calendar fails, email contact@overtake.media.
